Patients should not upload photos, access this page, or attempt to communicate with Dr. Price.
If patients need evaluation, they must be seen by a dentist or oral medicine/oral pathology specialist in person.

Photographs uploaded through this portal may only be submitted by licensed dental providers.
By submitting any images, you confirm that:

• You have obtained appropriate patient consent for clinical photography and for the secure transmission of those photographs for a provider-to-provider consult.
• Submitted photographs may be used by Dr. Julia Price for educational purposes, including presentations, continuing education lectures, or teaching materials, only if the images contain no identifiable patient information or features.
• The submitted photographs will be encrypted and stored within a HIPAA-compliant system (Jotform), but should not be emailed, texted, or transmitted through unsecured channels

Refund Policy
If a refund is issued for any reason, the refunded amount will be less any non-refundable processing, transaction, or administrative fees incurred at the time of payment. These fees are charged by third-party payment processors and cannot be recovered.
